假如我们有三个 AM 实例，分别运行在 A-8081 B-8082 C-8083 端口，那我们应该为 A 实例配置 peer 8082 和 8083，B实例配置 8081和 8083，C 实例配置 8081 和 8082 端口。

按照你的配置方法，很容易在 A 实例出现问题时无法 bootstrap 集群。
