Better kali image

As observed, agents are going to whine about some tools not available even though they are there (sometimes). So we need a way to include kali Meta packages in kali.nix

Pivoted to using Dockerfile. There wasn't really any kind of upside doing it using nix, so got rid of it.

This issue is still unresolved (even after using headless metapackage) because of several reasons (most of them unknown)

Known reasons:

• nmap fails to run without the --privileged option when running the docker container.
