Commercial License Terms

This Commercial License is an alternative to the open-source GPL-3.0-or-later license for organizations and individuals who wish to use, modify, or distribute DirwTools without the obligations of the GPL copyleft (e.g., the requirement to share source code of derivative works).

Grant of License

Under the Commercial License, the Licensor, Voitovich Software (REGON: 527437223) grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  1. Internal Use: Use DirwTools within your organization for any internal purpose.
  2. Redistribution: Incorporate and distribute DirwTools as part of your own commercial applications, scripts, or systems without disclosing your own source code.
  3. Modification: Modify the source code of DirwTools to suit your needs. You are NOT required to contribute these changes back to the public repository.
  4. Deployment:
    • Single Developer License: Allows one developer to use the tools and integrate them into products.
    • Enterprise/Site License: Allows unlimited use by all employees within the purchasing legal entity.

Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
  • Support: The standard Commercial License does not include priority technical support. Dedicated support contracts are available separately.
  • No Attribution: While appreciated, attribution is not strictly required for binary distributions under this license.
  • Revocation: This license is perpetual once purchased, provided the terms are respected.
