[Feature] Replace a flow from a trigger with an import

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you have a community built flow it is a real pain to update as you either have to remove everything from the conduct or select and delete the flow before importing.

Describe the solution you'd like
Right click import on a trigger that allows you to paste the import data to replace the given trigger / flow with the imported one.

Additional context
In future we would expand this to allow users to keep modifications to the flow - this will need alot of logic work to understand how the flow has been changed vs the import so maybe a future thing to think about.
