Some error handling is needed for manipulation of project data regarding manipulation of project and section data, especially when it comes to renaming/deleting files.

While playing around with #154 tonight, I (accidentally) discovered that if the open file is deleted from the filesystem, then electron crashes. I thought it might be related to this ticket.

@jodylecompte That seems like a related but different issue. This ticket is more for adding dialogs related to warning the user about closing the App with unsaved data, opening a new project with unsaved data, etc. I will update this ticket with more details once I have the UI/UX defined.

For the issue that you've run into, I'm not actually able to reproduce on Windows. Could you file a bug report?

I'm not able to reproduce either now. To the best of my recollection, all I did was clean up some files without realizing the project was still open, and I got a crash. It may be because I was in the development build last time but using the official release this time, I'll re-test locally and if I can reproduce I'll open a ticket
