Allow user to set/override existing AutoPickUpRange.

Usage:
/setautopickup [Decimal Radius = 50f]

Could also alias as /setpickup.

Coming from SKtoolbox, this was a command I used to use quite often my dedicated server. Would be nice to have something similar.
