climate automation?

Hi, you're config is quite extensive but I was attracted to it cause it's one of a very few that use Ecobee in your climate automations. I'd like to see your implementation of climate but can't locate any yamls or config for it.

Do you mind sharing or pointing me to your climate/ecobee automations?

I actually don't use any automations in Home Assistant for the Ecobee. The Ecobee itself has enough functionality to satisfy my current needs. I use the comfort, scheduling, and fan mode settings in the Ecobee app itself. My main reason for integration into Home Assistant is for monitoring. Also, I currently connect the Ecobee to Home Assistant via Homekit for local control.

What I have set up in the Ecobee app is pretty simple though. I set the comfort settings for nighttime to only monitor the bedrooms so we are comfortable at night. During the day it monitors the sensors on the main floor only. I also have the fan set to run for at least 15 minutes every hour.

I'm currently adding backup power via a LiPo battery. Once that is done I will add an automation when the grid is offline to turn off the fan-only mode and, in the summer, set the cooling set-temp higher.
