<p>tags for better readability and consistent HTML structure in theui/dialogs/scanpolicymgr.htmlhelp file.This change addresses an issue where translation units are split in the middle of a sentence, which caused problems for languages with grammars different from English, such as Japanese. Translators can now work with complete sentences, which should improve accuracy.
