Curve accuracy is reduced when building different types of builders.

Using multiple types of builders when excavating tunnels, we are seeing less accurate curves than before.

Specifically, after construction with the tunnel wall builder, when excavating with the tunnel builder, there are gaps as shown in the image (blocks other than the tunnel wall are exposed), but there are far more gaps than before the update.

I've also got some reports on this
I think the latest commit d062f9f have more or less fixed this problem
