How does the UI for this look? What specific purpose should the resolver perform? Does it make a new comment from the written body that replies to the selected comment? @Johnmiicheal

since its still a comment but with parentCommentID, I'll add it to the commentID that matches the parentCommentID and add the margin-left to it
