Time displayed on OSD doesn't match actual time #2

I use this option to display time and date on OSD:

SNXISPCTLARGS="--mfset-mode 3 --osdset-en 1 --osdset-ts 1 --osdset-template 1234567890./-:Date --osdset-gain 1 --osdset-bgtransp 0x1 --osdset-bgcolor 0x000000"

Unfortunately the time displayed on the OSD does not match the actual time, i.e. it is delayed by 8 hours (for example, if the actual time is 1200, it shows 0400 on the OSD). When I checked the system time and date via telnet (by invoking date command), it is correct. I used an internal NTP server, and this server is also used by other fanghacks cameras and it displayed the time correctly.

Any idea to fix this? Thanks.
