0 Valid files - Conversion issue #79
Comments
I also have this issue with certain jpg and png files and would also like to see it fixed later down the road. |
i got same issue with some .mov video when try to convert into mp4 |
Same here! Some files are recognized and some others not. But there there is no obvious "logic behind" which one works and which is not working. |
add me to the list. I'm installed via docker compose in docker desktop cause it won't install on arm64. I wanted to install on a raspberry pi. Anyway, I give this information in case it can help figure out what's wrong. I looked to see if ffmpeg and imagemagick were installed and they were so I'm not sure what could be causing it on my end. The problem does not happen with images. the problem is with audio & video conversions |
Same exact issue. Uploading mp4 files and half the time they don't seem to be recognized as valid. |
I'm having the same issue using docker and uploading .mp4 files |
Hi There,
Only certain images work with HRConvert2 for some reason. Some HEIC images work and some don't. Even the image converted from HEIC to JPG using HRConvert2 cannot be reuploaded to HRConvert2 again and it shows "You have uploaded 0 valid files to HRConvert2."
I have added examples images for tests:
For more info I used docker and I also tried building ffmpeg from source but that didn't do anything either. No errors in apache logs, php logs or in the application logs.
