クィックスタート: Compose と Rails > プロジェクトの定義のDockerfileで指定の通りに記述を行うが、ビルドエラーが発生

表題の通りビルドエラーが発生します。画像を添付します。
エラーの様子

RubyのDockerHubを見ると、指定されたバージョン(ruby:2.3.3)がサポートされてないように見受けられます
