Re-Initialize network stack without rebooting device

Description:
Working with STM32 U575 series of STM controller, need help in re-initializing network stack without device reboot.

Zephyr OS version: 3.6.0

Use case: Initialize/De-initialize network interface without rebooting the device.

Issue:
During network interface de-initialization observed net context used by remote connection is not getting released and which is causing buffer overflow issue during network interface re-initialization.

Question:
Is there any recommended way to re-initialize network stack run time without rebooting the device?
Is there a way to forcefully close the used net context ?

It is not possible to re-initialize the network stack, what would that even mean i.e., what would be the use case for it.

What do you mean by interface de-initialization, I don't understand what you are trying to do?
