I've tried this user script with both Firefox + Violentmonkey, Firefox + Tapermonkey & Brave + Violentmonkey. Clicking the kebab button (3 vertical dots) on a user's chat message results in nothing happening.

The console outputs YouTube Livechat Channel Resolver - Exception!!!: TypeError: mainMenuRendererNode.menuRenderer.items is undefined

the extension only works when you are logged in to youtube.
