zeroidc.h problem

I'm trying to compile ZeroTierOne from source using Visual Studio 2022 running on Windows 10 but get the following error of compilation: Visual Studio can't find "zeroidc.h". Maybe anyone has ideas how to fix it and how to add this file to the project?

The build of ZeroTier One requires the Rust toolchain installed for the full build. zeroidc.h is a header file generated from a portion of the project written in Rust. See https://rustup.rs/ to get that installed.

I've seen this error when the default build architecture was incorrect, the error is misleading even though technically correct. I can't remember which was correct but toggling your build arch between x64 and x86 should make it work. Try each one.
