HTTP proxy support for local but remote API providers.

Current main warp project looking to add here warpdotdev#1924

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently required to access to remote openAI compatible endpoint over VPN connection. System proxy on windows appears to be ignored by OpenWarp.

How does this align with OpenWarp's direction?

Will make OpenWarp an option is complex corporate environments where VPN user to access remote in-house LLM provider.
