Align Header buttons on the right

The header buttons: run, rebuild, log, and pipelines, should be aligned on the right side of the header

Brief explanation on why you want/need said feature:

The header buttons: run, rebuild, log, and pipelines, are aligned in the center of the remaining header space, which makes it look like they are off-center.

I notice this issue has been open for a while without updates. I have a simple solution using margin-left: auto on the .cds--header__global class that would fix this alignment problem. Would it be okay if I work on this and submit a PR?
