Remove Admin Privilege requirement

This is not a real issue but why do that need the Admin privileges.
Please remove them and i hope i can see a drag n drop support.

Program need Admin privilege to insure that it can write the converted file without any problem.

About drag and drop, it gave me some errors.

Alerting the user if a file can't be written is the safer option or possibility escalating it if can't and a option is selected to allow it
