Dear Author,

We noticed that the "L17Combine_weight_local.mrc" file in the original 10076 dataset contains a total of 131,899 particles, while the filtered.ind.pkl file you provided only has 87,327 particles remaining. We would like to understand how you filtered the particles and why so many were excluded. Could you kindly clarify this for us? We would greatly appreciate your assistance.
