My antivirus on pc found it in this .ipa file? Says its a virus(yeah probably its is not but still). What that thing does and should i worry about it?

It's an official Apple code name for kernel vulnerability. As to what the file does it's a byproduct of this repo

The purpose of this app is to exploit a security vulnerability, in order to remove the 3 app limit. Since it's exploiting a security vulnerability, it gets flagged by the antivirus
