test(accessibility): add reduced-motion rendering test

Reduced-motion support should be verified once added so continuous animations do not return silently.

Acceptance Criteria

• Mock prefers-reduced-motion.
• Assert non-essential animations are disabled or simplified.
• Keep state/progress indicators visible.
