Layout of PDF ignoring thinner page size

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 1008.pdf. Page is actually about 4" wide (when opened with Adobe).
2. Shows up fine when viewing.
3. In print preview, page is widened and content is centered within new page 
width (see 1008pdf.png).
4. Page then prints squeezed back down to the 4" page size of the label printer 
(see Badges.jpg for good (Adobe) and bad (Chrome) print)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the preview and printed page to print as the document is laid out, 
as it works with Adobe Reader.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome "Version 42.0.2311.90 m" on Windows
