Hey guys, I see that the "unknown manufacturer", etc. shown on the dashboard is gone now with this update :)

This is might be an issue with home assistant, but as soon as I start up HA, zwave-js is logging this error continuously.

Preliminary investigation: the esbuild bundle contains a function init_Indicators that should define the Indicator enum, but for some reason it is never called.

Will be fixed with zwave-js@15.0.2
