Describe the bug

Expected behavior

能不能让下拉刷新view悬浮在页面顶部，不要下拉刷新的时候，整体页面都往下滑显示刷新view

React: 17.0.1

React-Native-Gesture-Handler: ^1.10.3

@star-heng 抱歉，目前由于时间关系，暂时还没有计划添加一个属性去完成这个功能。
后面可能会提供吧。

请问如何获取下啦刷新状态，我需要实现这个刷新提示过程下啦即可刷新---->松开即可刷新---->刷新完成
