Week 9 assignment solution

Completed the week-9 assignment of building a simple react app where user can fill out a form to adopt a pet.

• Here I have used react with vite-bundler and used basic react concepts of hooks (useState, useRef, useNavigate), components, routes.
• Added css styling for the pages. Got some issues in tailwind
