why are you doing this?

1. include a c file? Just no, please don't do that.
2. base64.c is part of libplist, so we use libplist lib as a dependency.

Hi,

I think it's because my whole focus was just to solve the issue I just copy it into then try it, after it worked I then immediately pushed a commit.

There is many implementations I chosen libplist implementation because I found it closet so better to us, and yes my experience didn't allow me to adding it as dependency in the configure but now I learned. Thanks for pointing that!
