Installation

Prerequisites

• Docker: Ensure Docker is installed and running on your machine.
• Java: Version 11 or higher.
• Node.js: Version 14 or higher.
• PostgreSQL: For relational database setup.

Setup

1. Clone the Repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-org/brokersync.git
   cd brokersync

2. Set Up Environment Variables:

   • Copy the .env.example file to .env.
   • Update the environment variables as needed (e.g., database credentials, API keys).

3. Start Services:

   • Use Docker Compose to start the backend and database services.
   • Install frontend dependencies and start the React application.

4. Access the Platform:

   • Frontend: http://localhost:3000
   • Backend API: http://localhost:8080/api/v1

Usage

Once the platform is running, you can:

• Place and manage orders through the OMS interface.
• Onboard and manage clients using the CRM tools.
• View and analyze market data in real-time with customizable dashboards.
• Generate compliance reports and manage risk with built-in tools.
