Allow to display the tooltip layer features with the same symbology as in QGIS project.

The style is taken from QGIS Server GetStyle request in SLD format. The rendering in Lizmap Web Client could defer from the one in QGIS, since SLD cannot mimic every option in QGIS.

If you use PNG or SVG in your symbology, you must keep them simple and embed them inside the QGIS project. External SVG won't be displayed.

When the user hovers a layer feature, its size in increased by 50%

A new option displayLayerStyle must be set to `true' in the layer Tooltip configuration with Lizmap plugin, for this behaviour to happen.
