Fixes following for users of the German-language client.
Fix KOS check bug for some corps where there are partial matches on the corp name.
Added the ability to set custom system graphics per theme. This requires specially formatted SVGs with specific shape group names. Documentation, plus some examples of how to create them will be added in a release in the near future. Opacity, scaling, and position attributes are also customizable.
