Aborts the CURL request when the Ingester is deleted to avoid it trying to write to the (possibly deleted) ObjectStore when the request finishes.
This is done by only modifying collection object *after* initial iteration loop to find Objects to remove.

Multicast/Broadcast Services Transport Function (MBSTF) release v1.3.1
The release candidate is tagged as
rt-mbs-transport-function-1.3.1-rc1.This is a bug-fix release addressing several crashes and memory leaks. It also updates the source code to be compatible with newer compilers and recent releases of the Boost library.
There are no feature changes since v1.3.0.
