Summary

add a concrete implementation plan for issue [BUG] Replace cookie-based auth with OAuth2 + persistent session storage #7
document why MCP endpoint OAuth is separate from LinkedIn auth
document a GCS-backed auth-state persistence approach for Cloud Run cold starts

Notes

this is a docs-first PR, not the runtime implementation yet
it captures the architecture and hook points needed for a follow-up code change
