Improved Micromeritics support

We have improved the Micromeritics parser to treat more examples of .xls output files.

Update for correct data name

Adsorption and desorption amount should be labeled by "_adsorp_amount" or "_desorp_amount" however previous versions of raw2aif program did not use these data names.

Update for Quantachrome NovaWin output files

Windows executable updated to parse NovaWin formated output files.

Upgrade for new parsers and unit support

The previous version incorrectly saved the date in the AIF file with time which rendered the file not able to be parsed.
