This PR adds comprehensive educational content for PrivacyLayer bounty #92.

Added Content:

1. Blog Post: Introduction to PrivacyLayer - Detailed overview of PrivacyLayer's architecture, features, and innovation
2. Blog Post: Understanding BN254 and Poseidon Cryptographic Primitives - Technical deep dive into cryptographic foundations
3. FAQ: Comprehensive FAQ covering technical details, usage instructions, compliance considerations, performance metrics, comparison with alternatives, and troubleshooting
