AOSC OS on WSL 11.1.0

What's Changed

• Bump actions/checkout from 3.5.3 to 4.1.1 by @dependabot in #18
• Use Azure Code Signing Timestamp server.
• Update assets to the new AOSC OS logo design, closes #20.
• Support Windows Terminal JSON fragment extension, closes #21.
