Fixes #98

As issue suggested new versions of Python/numpy have issues with users using numpy.math this isn't a big issue as it just points to math anyway behind the schenes.

Other files are:

  • setting up automatic deployment of new versions to PyPI, but this isn't active yet.
  • removing redundant nosetest on correlation centroider raising correct error.
