About the PR

My vain attempt to add dogborgs, which unfortunately, I am struggling to complete any further than here

Why / Balance

We want more chassis's, especially ones that look good, dogborgs were just the start, I was going to add more, humanoids, other quadborgs, and tallborgs, but I cannot proceed

Technical details

Incomplete, the code operates but it does not work

How to test

Undefined, unstable and not ready for testing, requires alot of work to actually get operational
