floating arithmetic coding algortithm is a way to compress a message using one floating point number represent the whole message , there is another type called binary arithmetic but its not included in this project the project simulate the behaviour of the alogorithm
the input file need to be fill by the message and the probability of each letter or you can modify the project to calculate the probabilites
