Software that holds up after launch. Most of what I know about concurrency, abuse, and failure I learned from Minecraft servers, where the users are teenagers with too much time and the load spikes are real. Now I apply the same instincts to AI systems, where the failure mode is a confident wrong answer instead of a crash.
