This adds hover functionality to KDDrawButtonEx and adds InventoryItem hovers. The function can now be used to display custom tooltips whenever the player mouses over a given option. See demo in #modding-wip. Also, typescript hates me. There may be some cleanup necessary for the types coming in on the Hovers.
