This pull request sets the compat entry for the ACSets package to 0.2.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.
Note: Consider registering a new release of your package immediately after merging this PR, as downstream packages may depend on this for tests to pass.

Bump; this should be merged to unblock the release of 0.1.1 JuliaRegistries/General#99971 to unblock DARPA-ASKEM/sciml-service#141 (comment)

We’ll be tagging new versions of Decapodes, CombinatorialSpaces, and DiagrammaticEquations for new differential operator implementation support, so the ACSets compat is going to be included there.
