anatomical_coordinates should expect CCFCoords

Describe the bug
In SLIMS, the anatomical coordinates are listed as AP, ML, DV (which are only fields in CCF coords). The anatomical_coordinates field in ManipulatorModule expected Coordinates3d which has x, y, z.
