Regenerate NSB2019 Models and Mapping

User story

As a user, I want the most complete mapping of information in NSB2019. It seems as though some of the dropdowns are missing options in the models (ex: implantcoversliptype, proceduretype, etc).

Acceptance criteria

• Given scripts, update to handle cases that may have resulted in these missing
• Given script to generate models, re-run and generate models
• Given script to generate mappings, re-run and generate mappings
