Add missing fields for ecephys sessions

User story

As a user, I want to pull out all information from SLIMS and map it to the aind-data-schema Session model. There's a couple fields that were left out in previous iteration

Acceptance criteria

• Given primary_targeted_structure pk and secondary_targeted_structure pk, fetch from rdrc table
• Get rig_id
