这里面提供了两个flow
第一个flow是，任何时候向master推送，就触发一次。
第二个flow是，每天下午16:00检测k佬的仓库是否有新的commit，如果有触发上一个workflow。
要使用这个workflow，兔妈你需要在merge之前，在这个Repo的Settings->Secrets and Variables->Actions 里创建一个Repository secrets 叫 BAIDU_TOKEN，内容就是百度的token。
