Release Misc Corrections

Character Sheet:

• Now Add encumbrance when in wound Treshold and Death State
• When Drag and Dropping and item it only creates the item if it has 1 or more in quantity
• When launching a spell attack launch a popup, can specify an extra attack, the number of sta to spent ant custom modifier
• Also the spells now display crit/fumble in chat messages
• Verify stamina when execution an extra Attack, extra Spell or Extra defence
• Add a custom modifier for defence roll
