Release Misc correction, with simplifications

Character

• Simplify Attack dialog to hide Attack modifier, hide range modifier on non-range weapons
• Add weapon's range details in attack dialog
• Remove Size Modifier in attack, because it was confusing. It augment the DC not the attack roll.
• Remove skills placeholder, to make sure that a value is entered
• FIX luck stat roll
• Add Resources Modifiers label to remove confusion

Chat:

• Crit/fumble can now be roll directly from the chat
• Add Attack roll details

Items:

• Weapons: Now has a checkbox to roll only the damage (Added for specific spells that deals damage direcly)
