Autoexec:
Added Host_writeconfig "my_old.cfg" to backup cfg. [ Look it up in ".\Steam\userdata<YOURID>\730\local\cfg" - Check your ID on SteamRep.com ( steam3ID the long number ) ]
New alias "AntiTraining" in order to execute AntiTraining.
Added value to main and HelpMe CFGs.
Anti-Training:
AntiTraining now separated into a new cfg file in order to execute it whenever the user want it.

Edit: Valve still hasn't fixed the Bind "" problem. But we can still use it in the cfg, if we don't use quotes. ( Yeah, just by using _Bind _ is all good... )
