The new release of the xkcd viewer brings great improvements to usability in regards to navigation with the new search function (only searches the local cache) and "jump to comic" button. You can also now share links to comics and comic images directly from the app via the content hub. Additionally, UTF encoding issues have been fixed and the application has been improved for offline usage by saving the number of the latest comic to disk so you can view comics even without an internet connection.
Planned feature for next release: cache management view where you will be able to download the entire catalog of xkcd comics to supplement the new search function. If you would like to see a particular feature, feel free to open an issue!

- Redesigned interface with more images for buttons instead of text
- Images now animated for the few GIF comics

The xkcd Viewer app has all the essential features! There are still bugs to fix (please help), but the bare minimum (plus some nice features) has been implemented:
- Can view comics, comic title, and alt text
- Can pinch to zoom and drag to scroll
- Cache system means you don't have to download the same comic twice
- Force reloading of comic
- Navigation to latest, previous, next, and random comic
- Button to open explainxkcd for the comic
- About view with licensing information (See #1)
The click package for armhf is attached to this release. Alternatively, you can build from source using clickable.
