During this meeting, we commented about the planning of the documentation and the found data on previous year's projects, as well as branch strategies used. Looking into the pending documentation, we decided to separate it into 5 tasks to assign to each of the collaborators. We decided upon:
- Extending the amount of columns on the kanban to Backlog, Planned, In progress, In review, and Done.
- Decided upon using Github Flow as branch strategy.(Issue)
- Decided on the concrete roles of each collaborations (Open to be changed).
- Decided on using Empathy's LLM over Gemini.
- Began drafting the solution for the project statement. (React, MongoDb, Backend to be decided)

- Read previous year's documentation and divide it into 5 sections for each.
- Assign each issue created to the corresponding team member.
- Investigate previous year's project with springboot and evaluate the feasibility of such a change to the base project.
